ABOUT MAG PERFORMANCE

MAG-Performance is an International Sim Racing Team, founded in early November 2020 by Matteo Calestani and Augusto Cacciami.

Both are Italian, but they have chosen to give the team an international slant to draw in drivers from around the world to bring it to bring it to compete at the highest levels.

Moreover Matteo Calestani has an important background in real motorsport, having raced in Karting (European-Italian championship), Formula Opel Lotus (now Formula 3), Formula Barber American championship and he transfers his expertise, passion and advice to all the drivers of the Team.

The Team aspires to compete in the best splits and championships on the iRacing Simulator. The drivers are inspired by two fundamental pillars: Speed & Fairness.

The Team is divided into 3 levels: 

PRO – Solid experience into a team and strong driving knowledge.

Seniors – Consolidated experience into a team and good driving knowledge.

Juniors – Attitude to grow and learn. Focus on the fair-play on & off the track.

The team in its first year of life, not yet finished, has already managed to achieve notable results, some wins and podiums in private Championship.

The team, thanks to its leadership and the group, gives to its drivers the continuous possibility of growth and work with people committed to the same results.
